Between 1:31pm – 1:47pm EST, customers experienced a Platform Service Disruption due to an automated process which impacted the ability to use the Platform and related API services. Please note this did not impact scan performance or results. Services were restored to their normal operation at 1:47pm EST. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
